we really loved to chill in the nearby perch lounge.
Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was right place for exploring Phoenix, loved it. We spent 1 nights in king room. Airport shuttle was a nice touch
It's excellent base visiting some must see attractions in Phoenix. Our kudos go to driver for the hospitality! The setting of hotel was GREAT. The restaurant was located within 900 feet.
The breakfast buffet was included and ok.
Unfortunately, we couldn't get into the room until 3:00. Can't imagine that in these big hotels rooms are not ready before.
Breakfast ok. Location is good. Air conditioning in room very loud.
Lobby bar and bar easy walk to the hotel. Second time I've stayed here and would love to come back.
Evrything from the attention paid by the employees to the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Would definitely recommend it. Great price also for such a luxurious looking room.
1. We arrived by car in the middle of a violent thunderstorm. There were 3 hotel employees wandering around outside, a sign for valet parking and no other arriving guests in site, yet no one was available to help us unload our bags or figure out where to park. 2. We requested a wake up call for 4am then cancelled it and requested for 430. Our room was rung at 350am and then again at 445am. This is unacceptable, especially for a business hotel located near an airport! 3. Credit card machine down. 4. Room service menu extremely limited and only until 11pm. 5. Came up as closest to airport on our Booked.net search but ended up being further away than other nicer hotel options.
I liked the location of the hotel. It was within reasonable miles to Tempe and very close to the airport.
I did not like how I was unable to have an hot or warm water. The water was cold.
The location so close to Sky Harbor Airport. The size and comfort of the room. The frequency of the airport shuttle.
The service and competence of the bar staff left a lot to be desired. The lobby entrance is so dim that it looks really dingy and rundown, which, unfortunately, gives a poor first impression that colors everything else you see subsequently.
the courtesy of the gentleman at the reception desk and efficiency checking us in.
on arrival at hotel front entrance, no one to help take luggage from car to reception area (there was a staff member with cart just inside the entrance but we were totally ignored, he calmly looked away while we struggled to get the luggage inside) and no coffee maker in room
convenient to airport and good value for money
Every one of the service people at the hotel was extremely polite and helpful.
The fee for parking at the hotel was $6 a day, but I was told I would not pay for the night I stayed at the hotel. It was only applicable for the four days I left my car for my trip. However, when I returned I was told there was a $12 valet fee for the night I stayed there. WHAT???? That was NEVER mentioned and the attendant didn't charge me when I said I'd never heard of that.
It was convenient to the airport to make an early connection home. Staff was very pleasent and accommodating...especially since we did have a couple of glitches at check-in.
Very comfortable. I slept well. I appreciated the airport shuttle.
There was a bunch of us that came from the airport at the same time and it seemed to take a very long time to get checked in. If you can do anything to speed up the process it would be great.
