The staff at Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport were exceptionally nice and consistently courteous, including the manager. The room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed, with a very comfy bed as expected. Efficient check-in process. Good location near malls, restaurants, and Phoenix. Very close to the airport.

It was in the central location ok to catch an early morning flight. The staff was fast, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The room was spotless, provided with sofa bed and a nice view, as for instance.

Great spot, with a convenient airport shuttle. The area is nice and the rooms are tidy and nicely decorated. They come with comfy beds, although they could use some extra pillows. 🛏️ Free WiFi is a bonus, and the breakfasts here are top-notch.

A quiet hotel, we had a very nice stay. Our room was brand-new and a decent size, included with sofa bed and missing pillows, as for instance. The venue was in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location adjacent to the airport which supplied a free airport shuttle service for an early morning departure, Scottsdale, and many dining options for what we wanted it for.

Great location in the Camelback East district, conveniently near the SKYT light rail that connects directly to the airport terminals and the Post restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean and had central heating, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a comfortable sitting area. The proximity to the airport was a big plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the airport, and they provided a regular airport shuttle, which made it easy for us to get to the main airport terminals as well as the city center. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool, which we enjoyed. Additionally, the staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the breakfast attendant who was overwhelmed but still managed to provide excellent service.
